In partnership with specialist creative recruiter The Industry Club, IHALC has created the In-House Talent & Salary Survey to gather data on in-house agency salaries, freelance rates, employee benefits, talent management and recruiting practice.
Part of our mission at IHALC is to provide our community with useful, valuable data and insights which help inform decision-making (as we have previously done with our Benchmarking and AI surveys). While there is considerable data on UK ad agency pay in general, very little is available for the in-house sector specifically. We are inviting senior leaders at UK in-house agencies to complete our Talent & Salary Survey in order to provide that benchmarking data, providing in-house leaders with comparative analysis and evidence.
“By leveraging The Industry Club’s expertise in recruitment and talent management alongside IHALC’s focus on in-house creative leadership, we aim to address the significant lack of data on how in-house creative agencies in the UK recruit and manage talent,” says Melissa Smith, MD of The Industry Club. “This partnership will provide essential benchmarking data on salary levels and benefits, enabling leaders to effectively compare and evaluate their compensation packages. Together, we are committed to empowering IHA leaders with the information they need to attract, manage, and retain top talent, ensuring they remain competitive, and their teams motivated, in an ever-evolving market.”
All responses will be non-attributable, ie specific data revealed in responses will not be publicly attributed to individuals or companies and will only be used to inform general analysis unless express permission is sought and given.
The results of the survey will be captured in a downloadable report and presented at an IHALC event on 22 October.
