In partnership with Adobe, IHALC has conducted a survey to develop an understanding of how in-house agencies are responding to the opportunities and challenges of AI. We’ve looked at what IHAs are currently using AI for, the tools they are using, policies around the use of AI, the barriers to adopting the technology and also how IHAs think they will be using AI in the future, as well as the most important issues that need to be resolved around its use.
