For our next IHALC One-Day Summit, in partnership with Adobe, we are going to be exploring the different models for in-house agencies and how to devise the right one for your organisation.

Everybody does ‘in-house’ differently – in their remit, structure, diet of work, relationships with external partners and even whether they call themselves an ‘agency’ or not. Some focus more on production, some are essentially content operations, some replicate the structure of an external agency, some consciously stay away from that approach.

With the help of our members, we will explore the process of landing on the right operating model for your needs, and what that means for your process, partners and talent.

Confirmed contributors:
Charlotte Johnson, Partner & Content Operations Vendor Lead, John Lewis Partnership
Laurie-Ann Fernie-Ward, Head of Design, PwC UK
Holly Benwell, Head of Design, Elemis
Miketta Lane, Head of Production & Operations, 4creative
Mel Ryan, former Group Director of Operations, Sky Creative
Jimena Seoane, Head of Integrated Production at Draftline Europe (AB InBev)

In addition to discussion of our core topics, in the afternoon we will be running an AI Hackathon in conjunction with Tim Sparke of Congregation Partners.

AI is arguably the most powerful force driving change in the world right now. There is lots of hype but also lots of promise. We beileve organizations who begin to map their approach will be best placed for future success.

In this hackathon we want to give you a practical, hands-on introduction to some of the key ideas and tools in Gen AI.

Working in mixed groups, you’ll have 30 minutes to come up with a new product idea and 60 minutes to create a quick ad campaign and the visual, audio and video assets you’ll need to launch.

IHALC Members attend for free.

Please note: this event is restricted to senior in-house agency leaders only. IHALC reserves the right to refuse admission to those who do not conform to this profile
