The In-House Agency Leaders Club invites you to explore the opportunities and best practice of running a successful in-house agency in-person with fellow IHA leaders across creative, production and agency management.

Our emphasis is on mutual support, learning and sharing in a safe space where IHA leaders can share information, ask and answer questions, open up about problems, support each other, learn from each other and inspire each other. Conversations will be led by expert facilitators from consultancy WDC. This will be an intimate event, limited to no more than 30 senior in-house leaders.

10.00-10.30 Interview with Robbie Black, Head of Brand Communications at Marks and Spencer, discussing key successes and challenges with IHALC’s Patrick Burgoyne
10.30-11.30 Round tables 1: Led by the WDC partners, explore the competitive advantages of the in-house agency. Key findings are then presented back to the group
11.30-11.45 Coffee break
11.45-12.45 Round tables 2: Led by the WDC partners, the discussion will be widened to cover the barriers to exploiting the advantages that the IHA offers. Key findings are then presented back to the group followed by a group feedback session
12.45-1.15 Interview with Julia Arenson, Head of Creative Operations, Specsavers
1.15-2.15 Lunch and networking. A light lunch will be served allowing ample time to get to know your fellow in-house leaders and further discuss the topics explored in the morning session.
2.15-3.00 In conversation with Sean Thomas, Executive Creative Director at Jones Knowles Ritchie, on collaborating with in-house teams to build great brands
